My Baby A to Z - Come Explore Shapes With Me introduces the basic shapes in your baby's world. Your child is encouraged to move along with Moo, Beans, Sock Box, and friends as they learn, discover, and find the shapes. You and your baby can have fun together as you experience playful music, colorful puppets, original animation, and real life video from around the world.
In creating this product, we really wanted to encourage kids to be active and involved in what they are learning. The reactions of babies, toddlers, and young children to our DVD have exceeded our expectations. The toys and images, the music, and the puppets all worked well at holding their attention and getting them excited about the concepts presented.
Children in a preschool class who viewed the DVD were pointing and calling out all the shapes they could see around them in the classroom. They were so enthusiastic that when the DVD was over they asked us if there was more.
Screenings by families with kids from ages 2-5 years old have also been overwhelmingly positive. The children stood up and danced along with the puppets. They interacted by making shapes with their bodies while the puppets talked about the concepts of round and angular.
We also created this new DVD with parents in mind- it is easy to operate and has no previews to keep you from getting directly to the feature.
